DenTrek would like you to have a user-friendly experience when taking a CE webcast. We hope the following outline makes everything clear. If you have any problems with accessing any of our webcasts, please contact us and let us know.

RECORDED CE WEBCASTS

1. Access Recorded CE Webcasts in your personal account under 'My Account'.
2. If you are unsure whether or not your computer has Flash installed, run a test using the "DenTrek Wizard". The Wizard will check your computer system and advise you to download free applications if necessary.
3. It is recommended that you download your webcast handout prior to viewing the webcast. Handouts are available in your personal account under 'My Account'. They contain course descriptions, objectives, references and your post webcast exam. Having the exam in hand during the lecture is extremely helpful.
4. You may view your recorded CE Webcasts four times.
5. After taking the webcast, it is recommended that you immediately complete the post webcast assessment and multiple choice exam which are accessible in your personal account under 'My Account'.
6. If you do not pass the exam initially, it is recommended that you review the webcast again.
7. You must receive a minimum grade of 60% in order to receive CE credit.
8. Once you pass the exam, your CE Certificate will be safeguarded in the DenTrek CE Vault.

LIVE CE WEBCASTS

1. Access Live Webcasts in your personal account under 'My Account'. Arrive 10 minutes early.
2. If you are unsure whether or not your computer has Flash installed, run a test using the "DenTrek Wizard". The Wizard will check your computer system and advise you to download free applications if necessary.
3. Prior to the Live Webcast, download your webcast handout. Handouts are available in your personal account under 'My Account'. Handouts contain course descriptions, objectives, references and your post webcast exam. Having the exam in hand is extremely helpful.
4. You may view three replays of the LIVE WEBCAST within 30 days from the time the recorded version is available on the web site. You will be notified by e-mail when the recorded version is available (usually within 10 days following the Live Event).
5. After taking the webcast, it is recommended that you immediately complete the post webcast assessment and multiple choice exam accessible in your personal account under 'My Account'.
6. If you do not pass the exam initially, it is recommended that you review the webcast again. As mentioned, you can view three replays of the live webcast within 30 days from the date the recorded version becomes available.
7. You must receive a minimum grade of 60% in order to receive CE credit. You are eligible to take the exam three times.
8. Once you pass the exam, your CE Certificate will be safeguarded in the DenTrek CE Vault.
